Who we think you are
You are a creative and warm person with a solution- oriented mind, you see solutions where others would focus on details. Of course you have a passion for people and a good ability to listen to others’ needs, as well as you are a star in building relations and doing business. You feel comfortable in meeting with musicians, surfers, swimmers, adventure companies, event companies and companies working with hearing- health where you will find potential and existing customers.
To fit in and to grow within our team you have a great understanding in our product and also for different lifestyles.
You have a great experience in working with sales and structure in sales organizations and we think that you already have a big network within our areas. You have some experience in marketing, and by that we think events, exhibition and festivals more than online marketing.
You’re a “Yes can do” person who knows how to get things done and how to get results. You’re highly self-going and you have an inherent ability to lead and inspire. When needed, you’re not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and doing things that would normally fall outside your area.
You know how a small company can make business with big companies.
You will be responsible for the sales structure which right now is located in Sweden and Holland.
You will be in charge of both operational and strategic sales work.
Follow up with customers.
New market areas which follows our strategic plan.
Responsibilities may change over time as company grows.
Experience from strategic work within Sales.
Operational sales work.
Good Swedish and English skills.
Nice to have
Experience from marketing.
Experienced sales manager/KAM.
An interest and network in nature experiences, such as surfing, skiing etc or music/entertainment industry.
Experience from one or more of the following areas: Hearing protection, hearing aids, headphones / consumer electronics, industrial sales.
